Abstract
Jeremy Rettig, a paranormal investigator, shares insights into the paranormal phenomena observed at the Tampa Theatre. Motivated by a desire to assist others encountering the paranormal, Rettig discusses his investigative approach. He highlights six identified hotspots during paranormal research at the theatre: seat 308, the manager’s office, dressing room 2, the projection booth, the ticketing area, and encounters with the "woman in white." Rettig also elaborates on the equipment used during investigations and offers his theories on the causes behind these phenomena.
