Abstract

An urban planning study for the Monteverde District, and the issues considered in developing management strategies, such as land use, environment, water, mobility, and public spaces. Suggestions are included as to where growth can take place and in areas where growth is not feasible.

Resumen

Un estudio de planificación urbana para el Distrito de Monteverde, y los temas considerados en el desarrollo de estrategias de administración, como el uso de la tierra, el medio ambiente, agua, movilidad y espacios públicos. Están incluidas las sugerencias en donde el crecimiento puede tener lugar y en las zonas donde el crecimiento no es factible.
