Abstract
Female members of the Democratic Popular Committee to Aid Spain pose with Gen. Santiago Philimore, General Inspector of the Spanish Red Cross, and his wife Olga. The photo was taken in front of the Labor Temple on Aug. 7, 1938 during the Philimores' visit to Tampa.
