Abstract
USF Attorney General opinion on whether the Student Body President and the Senate President, in conjunction, have the power to author and approve a Memorandum of Agreement or if it must be passed by the Senate. The Attorney General ruled that since it was not defined in the Statues written by the Student Senate or in the Florida Statues that the power was not given to nor taken from the Student Body President and Senate President acting in conjunction. The Attorney General further proffered that the Student Senate pass legislation to further define this issue.
