Note

This is the antechamber area of the Throne Room. The section is accessible by a set of four double-doors, known as a polythyron. The paved floor is made of irregular stone slabs surrounded by gypsum flagstones. Benches also made of gypsum sit against the north and south walls. It features an alabaster stone seat against a stone wall between the benches. A sunken lustral basin area is visible in the foreground of the floor. This area has been much restored.
