Abstract
A Missal is the liturgical book containing the prayers and readings for the celebration of Mass.
Decoration
Quarter-page block border decoration in left corner with fleshy acanthus leaves, strawberries, and leaves. Blue and red coat of arms motif located within the border. Historiated initial R with scene of Christ's Resurrection.
Text Identification
The R begins the introit for the Mass for Easter Sunday: Resurrexi, et adhuc, followed by Psalm 138:1.
