Abstract
The home of W.L. (Bill) Blocks, who owned a stevedoring company on Seddon Island. A handwritten note on the back says it was "One of the most unusual homes in 1930s Tampa." Each section is painted a different color. The house is also noted for the controversial nude statue at the right of the photograph.
