Abstract
This article presents results of a practice survey that asked members of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) to describe features of their I/O practice.1 The purpose of the article is to provide a snapshot of the different kinds of practice SIOP members are presently engaged in, as well as to describe similarities and differences in the practice patterns of different practitioner and academic groups.
