Abstract

Nine people (some wearing swimsuits) standing or kneeling in front of several SCUBA oxygen tanks. Dr. John C. Ogden, of West Indies Laboratory, is pictured in the front row, second from the left, kneeling near a SCUBA oxygen tank. A body of water is behind the people in the photograph. A boat, bearing the insignia of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is docked on the shore immediately behind the people in the photograph.
