Abstract
An underwater photograph of a coral reef near a location known as "Cochinos Station 3" near the west side of Cochino Pequeño in the Cayos Cochinos archipelago, off the northern coast of Honduras. Several species of corals are seen in the photograph, including boulder star coral, also called lobed star coral, (Orbicella annularis, formerly known as Montastrea annularis), which was noted by Dr. John C. Ogden as being dead and possibly overgrown by algae when it was observed during reconnaissance of the coral reef.
