Abstract
An underwater photograph of a coral reef near a location known as "Cochinos Station 3" near the west side of Cochino Pequeño in the Cayos Cochinos archipelago, off the northern coast of Honduras. Several species of corals are seen in the photograph, including boulder star coral, also called lobed star coral, (Orbicella annularis, formerly known as Montastrea annularis), which appears to have a mottled coloration, and staghorn coral (Acropora cervicornis), which appears to have white bands present on the coral.
