Abstract
A panel from the exhibit "From Fiddler Crabs to a Harbor with Class: A History of Bayboro Harbor and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg" celebrating the fortieth anniversary of the university. This panel describes town-and-gown partnerships between USF St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg area, as well as the history of instructional technology on campus.
