Abstract

A summary of findings "which sought information concerning the impacts of the 1988 drought at a time that it was expected that many dairymen would be experiencing hay and feed grain shortages resulting from the substantially diminished 1988 harvest. At the same time data were obtained concerning the farmers' perceptions of the possibility for drought during the summer of 1989 and during the 1990's."
