Abstract
During this oral history with Andy Huse, Marsha Lewis Brown explores her leadership as the 17th Regional Director of the South Atlantic Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and her Tampa Chapter of The Links, Incorporated presidency. Brown discusses her efforts in growing regional membership, establishing scholarships, and preserving historical archives at the University of South Florida. In addition, Marsha Lewis Brown illustrates her early life, the impact of her family, and how it contributes to her leadership philosophy, community service, and the importance of preserving cultural heritage.
