Abstract
Howard Solomon describes his early life in Rochester, New York; his move to Florida in 1956; and his work in construction and cabinet making. He explains his later move to the Bahamas, where he operated a gallery and studio, and his eventual relocation to Hardee County, Florida, where he purchased land on Horse Creek and developed Solomon’s Castle, a boat, a moat, a lighthouse, and additional structures on the property.
