Abstract
Keli Rylance introduces 'Tabaco con Ideologia', or Cigars with Ideology, an artists’ book created by Cuban artist Abel Barroso at USF’s Graphicstudio. The overview describes Barroso’s use of cedar wood, woodcut, and lithography to create a sculptural book housed in a carved cigar box, inspired by the historic ties between Tampa and Cuban cigar making.
