As part of the 500th anniversary of Ponce de Leon's arrive in Florida commemoration, a week long program of community events was organized to celebrate Florida's Hispanic Heritage in the Tampa Bay Area. These community events help celebrate the diversity and unique history that Tampa Bay has to offer.
