Abstract
Specimens of bats accessed recently to the collections of the British Museum (Natural History), London (BM(NH)) and the Harrison Zoological Museum, Seve-noaks (HZM) include examples of three species hitherto not recorded from Nige-ria, whence at least 71 species of Chiroptera are already known to occur (Happold 1987)
