Abstract

Statements made by Dr. José Ramón Avellanal on Circulo Cubano de Tampa taking donations from the Cuban National Treasury. Avellanal opposed the transaction as he was concerned that the Cuban government would have more control of the social club and would restrict member benefits to just Cuban born citizens.
