A cylindrical cover has been removed from a round, wheel-like compartment at the center of the device, revealing small, rectangular circuit boards with several three-dimensional components attached to each of them arranged like the spokes of a wheel around a central point and attached on their ends--that is, perpendicularly--to a larger circuit board attached to the core metal frame of the apparatus.
