Hillsborough County Marriage Records

This collection consists of original Marriage Licenses, Marriage License Record Books, and their respective indexes from 1846-1964 on deposit with the Clerk of the Hillsborough County Circuit Court. Over 14,400 marriage licenses are available online from 1878-1912. For the years 1846-1877 and 1913-1964, please consult the printed indexes in Special Collections, USF Tampa Library. Digitization and transcription of licenses from 1895 and beyond has been made possible by volunteers from the Florida Genealogical Society (Tampa).
