Abstract
A cartoon in reference to Nikita Khrushchev's "Secret Speech" (officially known as "On the Cult of Personality and Its Consequences") denouncing Joseph Stalin. In the cartoon Khrushchev holds his nose while a "stinky" goat labelled "Stalinism" has a stone around its neck labelled "Scapegoat all the troubles of the Russian people."

In the background, a large bald man in a suit holds his nose with one hand and holds up the other hand as if objecting to the goat's presence or signaling for it to stay away.
