Abstract
A cartoon in reference to the Soviet Union's offer of monetary assistance to Egypt to build the Aswan Dam. Nikita Khrushchev appears in a television ad holding a sign "Soviet $1,120,000,000 offer to finance huge Aswan Dam." Uncle Sam sits on the couch with "Little Egypt" holding a gift labelled "U.S.-British Offer of Financial Assistance."
