Abstract
A cartoon in reference to how Nazi Germany bullied and took over smaller nations during World War II. In the cartoon a soldier or policeman holding a gun represents "The new order in Europe" leans on the desk of "Small Nations." The man says "Ya pays fer da pertection, see, ya jern our association an' nuttin bad happens to ya, see, but if ya don't pay..."
