Abstract

A cartoon in reference to the growing influence of Communism in the world. The cartoon is split into two panels. The first is "The Free World" giving a small cat (labelled "International Communism") a food bowl of concessions. In the second panel the World is confronted with a growling full-grown cat when he goes to feed it with a bowl marked "Appeasement."
