Abstract
A cartoon where a man is coming out of a rocket launcher labelled "U.S. Defense Program." He says "I'll see that it doesn't go off" with a label for "5th Column Activities." On the ground a pelican says "Oh, oh, that position is apt to prove very embarrassing."
