Abstract
A cartoon in honor of the 187th anniversary of U.S. Independence on July 4, 1963. In the cartoon the cracked Liberty Bell rings while two men, possible Chairman Mao Zedong and Nikita Khrushchev, cover their ears. Near them is a sign that reads "Forces of Hate and Aggression."
