A cartoon man in a suit labeled "South America" smiles and throws a tie with a print reminiscent of the Japanese flag into a trash can, stating, "Axis ties, they ees not ver' becoming to me anyway." A tie with swastika print, the books "Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire" and "Mein Kampf," a dead rat, and other various objects can be seen in the garbage can.
