Abstract
A cartoon with Nikita Khrushchev singing while holding a rolled up paper labelled "Kennedy Agrees to Summit Meeting in Vienna." There are thought bubbles above his head of times "The West" had fallen in past summits at Paris and Geneva. While he sings, a man in the background applies "Double Cross Floor Wax."
