Abstract
A cartoon in reference to reparations and aid to Germany. A cow is seen straddling a fence in the cartoon. It is eating feed labelled "Millions of Dollars for German Aid" in the U.S. Zone. Its back end is in the Russian Zone and a Russian is seen milking the cow with a label nearby saying "Millions of Dollars in Reparations."

A cartoon depicting a large cow labeled "Germany" stretched across the top of a fence separating a U.S. Zone and a Russia Zone. The cow eats out of a box of feed labeled "Millions of dollars for German aid" on the U.S. side while a man in Russian military uniform simultaneously milks the cow for "Millions of dollars in reparations" on the Russia side. A depiction of Uncle Sam as a farmer looks at his Russian counterpart with irritation.
