Alt Text
A cartoon depicting a conversation between Josef Stalin and Uncle Sam, where Uncle Sam holds the leash of a dog labeled, "U.S. Atomic Advantage," and Stalin holds a handaxe while standing in front of a fence that is barely containing some kind of large, bird-like creature labeled "The monstrous Soviet forces for world conquest."
