Abstract

A cartoon in relation to a case about discriminatory freight rates ruled on by the U.S. Supreme Court in New York v. United States. A train labelled "Southern Industry" is seen barreling down tracks towards "Greater Industrial Development" as a worker representing the Supreme Court rolls away a boulder labelled "Discriminatory Freight Rates."
