Abstract
A cartoon with Jawaharlal Nehru holding a shirt with a hole in it. Nehru, labelled "Ex-Apologist for Red China" says "This time I think you did it on purpose!" Next to him is a man hung by a metal collar labelled "Tibet." A caricature of Chairman Mao Zedong says "How're things in Goa" while ironing on a table marked "Mao & Co Collars to Fit Any Neck."
