Alt Text
A cartoon of a butcher labeled "the Soviets" holding a cleaver and insisting to an anthropomorphized planet Earth that stands nearby that the tiny sheep before them labeled "Little Finland" is about to attack and must be killed preemptively. The Earth is unconvinced, leaning on its hand and saying, "What, again?"
