Abstract

Pavilion at public park. Four picnic tables sit under the covering with four people and two dogs sitting at the tables. Trees surround the pavilion. A small tabletop grill can be seen in use. Taken as part of Horizon 2000, a project adopted by local government to address concerns of growth management by the year 2000.
