Large, coiled hoses on a deck near water with industrial structures in the background under a partly cloudy sky. Near the hoses, on the same structure, is a ladder going upward on the metal framing. The ground beneath it seems to be damaged and un-leveled. On the water various boats can be seen on the right side.
