Two pieces of rebar sit vertically at the center of the image, clamped in place by some kind of device with coiled or cylindrical components visible on either side. There is a small gap between the two pieces of rebar, possibly indicating they were recently cut or otherwise separated. There is a cinderblock wall just out of focus in the background.
