Abstract

A group of men work on the wooden foundation of the Benoist Model 14-B airboat, a full-size replica of the Benoist XIV No. 43 flown by Anthony H. "Tony" Jannus in the world's first commercial airline flight across Tampa Bay from St. Petersburg to Tampa, Florida, on January 1, 1914.
