U.S. Air Force Colonel Collins speaks with Tampa Police Department officers near 695 Geneva Place on Davis Islands following the 1966 crash of a McDonnell Douglas F-4C Phantom II. The plane crashed shortly after takeoff from nearby MacDill Air Force Base.
