The keel-laying ceremony of the Misener Industries hull number 110 on August 6, 1976 at the company's shipyard located at 5353 West Tyson Avenue in Tampa, Florida.

A woman in a white blouse throws a bottle of liquid wrapped in red, white, and blue-striped ribbon at the hull of a large, dark-colored ship in dedication of its launch. A splash of liquid can be seen on the side of the vessel where the bottle lands, reflecting the sunlight from above.
