Abstract
The keel-laying ceremony of the Misener Industries hull number 109 on August 6, 1976 at the company's shipyard located at 5353 West Tyson Avenue in Tampa, Florida.

A large, navy blue barge with tall outer walls slides down into a body of water after being launched from a dry dock ramp, created a splash and several waves as it hits the water's surface. The scene appears to take place at a shipyard, with a tall crane and other industrial equipment and structures visible on the shore.
