Abstract
Company founder Richard H. Misener speaks at the launching of a newly constructed barge from the Misener Industries shipyard located at 5353 West Tyson Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The barge was named in honor of former Misener vice president James L. Brown Jr. after he died from a plane crash the year prior.
