Abstract

Developer Alfred S. Austin stands in the parking lot of Boulevard Building in Tampa, Florida circa 1960s. Austin was the owner and namesame of Afred S. Austin Construction Company and was known as "The Pioneer of Westshore" for building some of the first properties in what is now called the Westshore Business District.
