Abstract
Portrait of developer and civic leader Alfred S. Austin in front of a multi-story building with an overhang reading "Bayside" in Tampa, Florida. Austin was the owner and namesake of Afred S. Austin Construction Company and was known as "The Pioneer of Westshore" for building some of the first properties in what is now called the Westshore Business District.
