Abstract
Astronauts David R. Scott and James B. Irwin consult one another during the 1971 Apollo 15 lunar landing mission. The pair launched from the John F. Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida on July 27, landed on the moon July 30, and lifted off on August 2. The lunar coordinates of the Apollo 15 landing site were 26.08 degrees north, 3.66 degrees east.
