Abstract

Biological scientist Robert L. King sends John William Hardy, the bird curator at the Florida State Museum, a photograph of a black-shouldered kite nestling to store in the FOS archives. The photograph was featured on pages 106-107 in Vol. 15, issue 4 of the Florida Field Naturalist in a story about the species' successful nesting. Hardy gives his thanks and tells King the photo's archive number.
