Abstract

A crowd of Florida Ornithological Society members stand and sit scattered across two picnic benches next to a meat smoker and drink coolers during the 1996 fall meeting at Archbold Biological Station. Pumpkins decorate the tables with the outlines of different birds carved into their sides. Meeting took place October 29-31.
