Cassin’s kingbird (Tyrannus vociferans) discovered at the Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge, Palm Beach County, Florida, on December 17, 1988, by Paul W. Sykes Jr. in company with Ann Weinrich and Mark Maffei.
