Florida Ornithological Society (FOS) member Marie Slaney arranges food in her hands while one blue Florida scrub-jay sits perched atop her head eating a peanut and another scrub-jay sits perched on her right shoulder waiting for a snack. The bird on her shoulder has a tag one each of its legs, and Peter Merritt looks on from the background. Photo taken during a trip to Leesburg, Florida, in October 2005.
