Abstract
The publication date refers to the date of collection. A white-tailed pintail (Anas bahamensis), also known as the Bahama pintail, collected by Jacob Foxbower in Aripeka on January 12, 1970. It is a medium-sized duck with spotted feathers and a red patch on the sides of its beak.
